Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. The role requires acute care OR experience and a strong focus on patient safety.

You will work 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, with competitive pay and full travel benefits. The CVOR tech ensures OR readiness, passes instruments, and collaborates with surgeons and staff.

Applicants must have at least one year CVOR experience and current BLS; CST certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR surgical technologist.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ ARC) required.
• Preferred CST or nationally recognized certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up the operating room prior to procedures
• Stock supplies and inspect equipment for readiness
• Assist in transporting patients to/from surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons and team to deliver care
• Maintain sterility and infection control
• Pass instruments to maintain procedural flow
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
