Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. The role requires 18 months of surgical technologist experience in an acute setting, a high school diploma or OR technologist training, and BLS/National certification.

Expect 40 hours weekly on a 10-hour day shift, with duties including OR prep and assisting the clinical team. Travel benefits include housing options, credentialing fee coverage, health insurance, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
• BLS Certification and National Certification required.
• Must demonstrate dexterity in the use of surgical instruments and knowledge of the step-by-step procedure for various surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures and assist as a team member.
• Perform duties under the supervision of the nurse circulator and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
