MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role focuses on CVOR instrumentation and patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, with 40 hours per week and 10-hour day shifts.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Surgical Technology or 3 years as a surgical tech, CPR card, and at least 18 months CVOR experience. We offer weekly pay, housing options, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology or 3 years' recent surgical tech experience.
• Current CPR provider card.
• Minimum 18 months CVOR experience or CVOR clinical orientation.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments per protocols.
• Scrubs, 2nd circulating, and Heart Holder roles in CVOR.
• Picks supplies for surgeries, sets up instruments and scrubs for procedures.
• Performs instrument and sponge counts.
• Obtains specimens and hands to circulating nurse.
• Facilitates room turnover and participates in on-call schedule.
