Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist in Fort Wayne, Indiana for a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026. Schedule is 4x10-hour days from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week in a Cardiovascular OR setting.

The role requires NBSTSA Surgical Technologist certification, BLS, and at least 2 years in a CVOR, with DaVinci thoracic experience and state travel beyond 50 miles. Cerner EMR familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist per NBSTSA.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a cardiovascular OR setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams in high-volume OR.
• Maintain sterile technique and field.
• Prepare ORs and support turnover for cardiac cases.
• Assist with instrument passing and scrub duties.
