Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a CVOR Technologist for a 16-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role requires navigating cardiovascular procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CVOR surgical tech experience.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ ARC).
• CST or nationally recognized certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the operating room prior to surgical procedures.
• Stock surgical supplies and inspect equipment for proper functionality.
• Assist in transporting patients to and from surgery as required.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the surgical team to deliver coordinated care.
• Anticipate the surgeon’s needs and pass instruments to maintain workflow.
• Maintain sterility and follow infection control standards.
