Job summary

Thrive Staffing seeks a travel Certified Surgical Technologist specialized in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures in Rapid City, SD. This travel role supports a Level II Trauma Center and a Magnet-designated teaching hospital, offering 13 weeks of assignment, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day and flexible shifts.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years CVOR experience, BLS, CST preferred, and an accredited education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CVOR experience with trauma exposure.
• Graduate from accredited school; CST certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries (CABG, TAVR, valve replacements).
• Ensure OR is prepared and sterile.
• Work in a 2-tech CST model to optimize outcomes.
• Float to Main OR as needed.
