Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR in Hickory, North Carolina for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality surgical care in the operating room and support the surgical team across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires OR experience and an active RN license (ADN or BSN), with weekend on-call responsibilities and a focus on patient safety and teamwork. Travel compensation is included with typical benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (ADN or BSN) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience.
• Experience in Orthopedics or Neurosurgery preferred.
• Ability to work on call during weekends (7 days per month).

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to surgical patients following protocols.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room and equipment.
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff.
