Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN to join the CVOR team at a hospital in Akron, Ohio. The role requires 18 months of recent CVOR experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

You will scrub in on open heart and vascular procedures, including wired vascular cases, with day shifts and on-call requirements. Travel pay ranges weekly, reflecting travel or local status, and includes tax-free stipends.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (or compact).
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum 18 months CVOR experience, preferably within 3 years.
• One professional reference from CVOR supervisor or manager.
• Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct scrub support for open heart and vascular procedures.
• Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room of a hospital.
• Scrub in on open heart and vascular cases, including wired vascular cases.
• Adhere to on-call and weekend rotation policies.
