Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic procedures; be prepared for open and closed heart surgeries.
• Assemble equipment, supplies, and implants; ensure sterility and readiness for procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists and team for coordinated patient care.
• Position patients safely and assist with draping and exposure; participate in Universal Protocol and timeouts.
• Provide post-surgical care coordination and handoff to recovery staff.
