Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Monroeville, PA. The role requires one year of recent CVOR RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification.

As part of the surgical team, you will ensure sterile setup, patient positioning, appropriate equipment, and coordinated post-procedure care, while receiving competitive pay, comprehensive travel benefits, housing options, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CVOR RN experience required.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Active BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Prepare the Cardiovascular operating room for the patient and procedure.
• Assemble equipment, supplies, medications, and implants for the case.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team.
• Position patients safely and ensure sterility of involved areas.
• Provide post-surgical care coordination and handoff to recovery.
