**Required Licensure:**- Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)**Required Certifications:**- BLS and ACLS from AHA only- NIHSS**Preferred Certifications:**- TNCC**Years of Experience:**- 3 years Cardiac and/or Medical ICU, CVI experience of recovering open hearts directly from the OR**Must Have Skills/Experience:**- 3 years Cardiac Medical ICU, inpatient only**Preferred Skillset/Experience:**- Experience with medical ICU patients, cardiac emphasis (arrhythmias, STEMI, post arrest)**Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:**- Stand and walk most of the time on duty.- Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance.- Physical demands include push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
