Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment runs 16 weeks with 36 hours per week and 12-hour day/evening shifts in a large academic hospital setting.

The role requires 2+ years OR experience with cardiovascular/open heart procedures; CNOR is preferred. Epic EMR experience is required. We offer private housing or housing allowance, health insurance, stipends and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with 2+ years OR experience in cardiovascular/open heart surgeries.
• CNOR preferred and BLS certified.
• Must have travel experience and be able to scrub hearts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative care for cardiovascular/open heart surgeries.
• Scrub hearts when required and support a fast-paced OR team.
• Rotate 12-hour shifts and cover holidays/weekends as needed.
