Job summary

Cross Country Nurses in Lafayette, IN seeks a travel RN for CVICU night shifts in a second-floor cardiac ICU. The 13-week assignment runs 1800-0630 with a 36-hour week, starting 10/05/2026, in a high-acuity inpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold ACLS and NIH certs with 3+ years in ICU/CVICU and at least 1 year on ventilators/cardiac drips. Travel benefits including housing and health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• NIH certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years ICU/CVICU experience.
• At least 1 year ventilator/cardiac drip experience.
• Cardiac ICU and/or step-down experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CVICU care with a focus on post-operative cardiac patients.
• Monitor and manage ventilators and cardiac drips.
• Float to ICU or other inpatient units as needed.
