Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a CVICU travel nurse in Glendale, AZ for a 13-week assignment with 12-hour nights and 36 hours per week. Immediate start date (ASAP) and travel employment type are noted. Responsibilities include direct CVICU patient care and post-operative management in a fast-paced setting.

Required are 1-2 years of acute care RN experience and BLS/ACLS certifications. The role offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and comprehensive benefits through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of acute care RN experience.
• CVICU experience preferred; Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit familiarity beneficial.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients with life-threatening cardiac conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and manage IV protocols.
• Collect specimens, order and interpret diagnostic tests; monitor hemodynamics.
