Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a 13-week assignment in Glendale, AZ. The role offers a 36-hour work week, overnight 12-hour shifts, and opportunities to impact critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CVICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and recovery.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
