- Able to safely care for 2 ICU patients- Manage cardiac devices- License: Nursys (required), License/Certificate Verification (required)- Must complete various onboarding checklists and tests including Ascension Pharmacology Exam, Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension EKG Exam, and others- Required health history includes proof of vaccinations such as COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, and completion of a 2 Step PPD OR IGRA test- Professional credentials and documentation needed include a Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, two professional references, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, and Ascension Education Verification- Professional evaluations and verifications such as Ascension Employment Verification and Ascension Confirmation of Assignment
