Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking experience.
• Strong computer and math skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Detail oriented, efficient, and produce accurate work.
• Must be able to work rotating schedule Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Branch opening/closing and supervision in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Identify the financial needs of each customer served.
• Recommend appropriate solutions and refer to product specialists as needed.
• Achieve all assigned customer service and sales goals.
• Process account openings and maintenance.
• Perform routine bank transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash handling.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers; reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow bank security and compliance policies; assist in audits and training."
• Supervise and train other Retail team members.
