American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Cardio Thoracic ICU RN for a travel assignment in Chesapeake, VA. The role covers 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with start date 01/12/2026 and a 13-week duration.

Travel RN needs VA/compact license and CCS in critical care. Competitive benefits and per-diem provided. The position requires proficiency in Epic EMR and experience with specialized devices like IABP, Impella, and Swan-Ganz, with a focus on post-op cardiac care and rapid ICU

Formación

• Active VA or compact RN license
• 2+ years CVICU/CTICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Proficient in Epic EMR
• EKG competency exam with 80%+ on first attempt

Responsabilidades

• Care for post-operative CABG and critical cardiac ICU patients.
• Manage arterial/central/PICC lines and monitor cardiac/vasoactive drips.
• Provide care for ventilated patients and CRRT/CVVHD support.
• Maintain patient safety and infection prevention in a fast-paced ICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and adhere to unit protocols.
