Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
• Must have ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
• Most states require active licensure.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using necessary equipment.
• Set controls of CT equipment and monitor patient.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and interventional CT.
• Evaluate CT scans for quality and collate processed images.
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical work.
• Deliver cost-effective patient care professionally.
