Job summary

The CT Scan Technologist at Amergis Healthcare Staffing performs CT radiographs and specialized CT scans as ordered by a physician. You will obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address patient concerns while maintaining standards of practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience preferred
• ARRT certification if required by state regulations or contract specifications
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and obtain CT radiographs as ordered by a physician
• Obtain patient history, explain standard procedures and address patient concerns
• Perform a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans
