Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Parma, Ohio. This contract position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 13-week duration with potential extension.

Requirements include ARRT certification, radiologic technology degree, and state licensure where applicable. The role focuses on diagnostic CT imaging, patient care, and strict safety protocols in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
