Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Springfield, Missouri. This 13-week contract requires nights on a 12-hour shift, totaling 36 hours per week, with travel opportunities across partnering hospitals.

Qualified candidates will hold ARRT radiography certification, ARRT CT preferred, state licensure, BLS, ACLS preferred, and 1–2 years of radiology experience with CT imaging. Compensation is $1,804–$1,973 weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
