Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Northampton, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week with night shifts, starting ASAP, and potential extension.

Travel opportunity while working in a hospital setting promises professional growth and exposure to imaging excellence. Required are ARRT certification, a radiologic technology degree, and active state licensure where applicable; BLS is required with ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Education in radiologic technology from an accredited program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and ensure comfort.
• Maintain radiation safety practices for patients and staff.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology program

Tools

ARRT certification in Radiography (R)

ARRT (CT) certification preferred

Active state radiologic technologist license

BLS certification

ACLS preferred

1-2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
