Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Englewood, Florida. You will operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images, ensure patient safety, and explain procedures to patients while maintaining high-quality scans.

The contract runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. ARRT certifications and state licensure are required or in progress, with travel-friendly benefits provided by SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
