Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Thornton, CO. The role involves 36 hours per week with night (12-hour) shifts, delivering diagnostic CT imaging and ensuring patient safety in a hospital setting.

Required are ARRT Radiography certification, CT imaging experience, BLS, and 1–2 years in radiology; ACLS preferred. SHC provides full benefits and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; prior CT imaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and radiation protection.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality.
