Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Gainesville, FL. This 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts at a partnering hospital, allowing you to apply imaging skills in a hospital setting while experiencing travel healthcare.

Requirements include ARRT certification (Radiography and CT preferred), active state license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience with CT imaging.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology

ARRT certification (R) / CT

Active state radiologic technologist license

BLS certification (AHA)

ACLS preferred

1–2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred

Knowledge of CT imaging protocols
