Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Marlette, MI. You will operate CT scanners, position patients, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring safety and patient comfort.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and BLS. Preferred ARRT certification and other licenses may be required. Travel benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
