Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Commerce, Michigan. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Required: one year CT experience, state radiology license, and current BLS. Preferred ARRT certification. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included for this travel position.

Qualifications

• One year of CT Technologist experience
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Preferred ARRT certification

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain imaging process
• Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
• Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities
