Qualifications

• Must possess ARRT registration and CT advanced registration (or be registry-eligible).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience in utilizing GE and Philips imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform computerized tomographic procedures and general diagnostic radiology examinations.
• Review clinical data and patient history prior to imaging.
• Administer intravenous contrast media and monitor for reactions.

Skills

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration with CT advanced registration

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Effective communication skills

Experience with General Electric (GE) and Philips systems

Education

High school diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) equivalent
