Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for an outpatient imaging assignment in Reno, Nevada. This role requires ARRT CT certification, Nevada state license for Medical Radiography if applicable, and 2+ years of CT experience in a trauma center setting.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certification required.
• State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography required if applicable.
• AHA BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical CT experience required.
• Trauma center experience required.
• Recent travel assignment experience required.
• Proficiency operating CT scanning and contrast injection equipment.
• Able to administer IV contrast under radiologist direction.

Responsibilities

• Works under the supervision of the CT Supervisor to produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologists with procedures.
• Coordinate daily workflow and quality control monitoring within the CT department.
• Support workflow for ER, in-patient, and outpatient CT throughput.
• Potential to float to other departments within clinical competency.
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts per schedule period.
