Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Melrose, Massachusetts. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work with radiologists to obtain diagnostic images while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT certification; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process, and position them safely.
• Set parameters to optimize image quality and anatomy visualization.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain CT equipment and documentation in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
