Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Concord, Massachusetts. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prep patients, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Valid radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients, explain imaging process, and position appropriately.
• Set technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within the CT Tech scope as assigned.
