Job summary

American Traveler seeks a CT Technologist for a 20‑week hospital imaging assignment. Role requires ARRT registration, BLS, and SC or compact licensure if applicable; benefits include travel support and housing allowance.

Responsibilities include performing CT scans under radiologist supervision, assisting with procedures, and supervising students while maintaining strict radiation safety standards. Shift pattern includes 12‑hour days and possible on‑call days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT CT registration preferred.
• Current SC or compact license required if applicable.
• 1 year radiologic technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and radiographs under radiologist supervision.
• Work in hospital CT department with 36 hours weekly across 12‑hour shifts.
• Assist radiologists and supervise student radiologic technologists.
• Maintain patient safety and ALARA radiation practices.
• May float to sister hospital and work weekends/call as needed.
