Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist in Lodi, California to perform CT, fluoroscopy and general radiography procedures. ARRT registration and CA licensure are required, with BLS and CT-specific certifications preferred. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a 40-hour week and flexible 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration as RT(R) or RT(R) CT is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• State radiologic technologist license in CA is required.
• Advanced CT certification is required (OR and HI); CA preferred.
• Fluoroscopy license is required if operating fluoroscopy equipment in CA.
• Venipuncture certification is required if administering contrast in CA.
• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in CT/radiology is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT, fluoroscopy and general radiography procedures in the CT unit.
• Care for patients from adolescent to geriatric populations.
• Produce reformatted sagittal and coronal images for radiologist interpretation.
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality regulations; maintain accurate records.
