MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing invites a CT Technologist traveler to join a 13‑week assignment in Carbondale, Illinois. You will work 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts, delivering high‑quality imaging services under supervision of a radiology team.

ARRT/ASRT CT certification and 18 months of CT experience are required, with licensure per state guidelines. The role offers travel benefits, housing options, and comprehensive credentialing support through MedPro, a Joint Commission‑certified

Qualifikationen

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and injecting contrast if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images.
• Schedule patients and perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media.
