Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Carbondale, Illinois. The role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts across days and nights in a hospital setting.

Requirements include an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, ARRT certification, active state license, BLS, and CT imaging experience preferred. Travel compensation includes weekly pay with extensions possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Maintain patient safety and radiation protection standards.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality and accuracy.
