American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT-CT certification to support a busy radiology department across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas.

Position requires 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel to cover holidays. Etiquette includes wearing black scrubs and utilizing Epic EMR with Siemens/GE CT equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience required.
• ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Photo ID required during compliance process.
• NC State Licensure not required.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, Saturday-Sunday-Monday 11:00 AM–11:30 PM.
• Serves ED, inpatient, and outpatient patients.
• Uses Epic EMR and Siemens/GE CT equipment.
• Travelers expected to work 75% of holidays.
• No floating required.
• 3–5 days of departmental orientation depending on modality.
• RTO subject to manager approval.
• First-time travelers will be considered.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible.

• Level III Trauma teaching hospital with 457 licensed beds
• Serves ED, inpatient units, and outpatient patients
• 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, Saturday-Sunday-Monday from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Weekend rotation and on-call schedule discussed during interview
• Schedule cycle repeats every 4 weeks
• No floating required
• Uses Epic EMR and Siemens/GE CT equipment
• Support provided by Radiology Nursing and Transport staff
• High-volume department culture emphasizing team accountability and patient-centered care
• 3-5 days of departmental orientation depending on modality
• Travelers expected to work 75% of holidays
