Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lakeview, Oregon. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience required.
• Valid Radiology license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients and position them safely for imaging procedures.
• Set imaging parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain CT equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other CT Tech duties as assigned.
