Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Tech for a 13-week assignment in Hoxie, Kansas. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification and additional licenses may be preferred. This role offers comprehensive benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
Current valid Radiology license compliant with state regulations.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
Prepare patients, explain the imaging process, and position them safely.
Set technical parameters to optimize image quality and anatomy visualization.
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
Document patient information and imaging details in the hospital system.
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely imaging services.
Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned within CT Tech scope.
