Job summary

The CT Tech travels to a facility in Oklahoma City for a 13-week travel assignment with Fusion Medical Staffing. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, ensure imaging protocols, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Requirements include 1 year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred; travel benefits include comprehensive medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Valid radiology license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Prepare and position patients, ensure safety and image accuracy.
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document imaging details in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within CT tech practice.
