Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ARRT Certification preferred.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them for accuracy.
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine CT maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Document imaging details in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely service.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other CT Tech duties as assigned.
