The position requires ARRT CT certification, CA licensure, BLS, venipuncture, and fluoroscopy credentials, with at least two years of recent field experience. Night shifts on a 36-hour week are typical for this travel role.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license per the state of assignment.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: RT (R)(CT) or RT (R)(ARRT) is required.
• BLS certification from AH policy: Required.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least two years recent experience in field.
• Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA.
• Advanced Certification in CT: Required in OR and HI; Preferred in CA.
• Venipuncture certification: Required in CA if venipuncture is performed.
• Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment: Required in CA if fluoroscopy is operated.

Responsibilities

• Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment, producing cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue to diagnose medical conditions.
• Performs a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
