Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. The CT Tech will perform imaging procedures, position patients, administer contrast, and ensure image quality while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Eligible candidates have ARRT CT certification and BLS, with at least 1 year of CT experience. This travel role offers a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on a night shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT tech experience required.
• BLS certification required; ARRT CT registration with CT credential; state licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Position patients for CT scans and operate CT equipment.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed to enhance imaging.
• Evaluate scan quality and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain patient records and utilize PACS for image storage and retrieval.
