Job summary

Supplemental Health Care in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a partner imaging center where you will perform CT imaging and ensure patient safety while maintaining high technical quality.

Required qualifications include an ARRT credential in Radiography (CT preferred), a radiologic technology degree, active state license, and BLS (ACLS preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
