Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Bethel, Alaska. The role requires 18 months of CT tech experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and licensure per state requirements.

You will operate CT equipment, position patients, assist radiologists, and ensure accurate documentation and patient safety. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 12-hour shifts and approximately 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 months of CT tech experience in a health care setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required.
• Most states require licensure for CT technologists.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients for CT scans and ensure appropriate immobilization and safety.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and IVs/contrast administration where applicable.
• Document and label CT images correctly and prepare for interpretation.
• Schedule patients and assist with clerical duties related to CT procedures.
