Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska, working 36 hours per week on day shifts with travel benefits. The role requires a radiologic technology degree and ARRT credentials (R; CT preferred).

The contract offers professional growth, clinical exposure at a partnering hospital, and a supportive SHC team. Eligible candidates will have ARRT certification and a valid state license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
