Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT/X-ray imaging experience for an acute care hospital setting. ARRT-CT certification and BLS are required, with licensure as applicable. The role involves working with GE CT scanners and Epic EMR, and may require floating to multiple departments.

A 13-week assignment features a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM weekday schedule and on-call shifts. Applicants must live within 50 miles of the facility and may not currently work at CommonSpirit, CHI,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CT/X-ray experience required.
• ARRT-CT certification and BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Experience with GE CT scanners and Epic EMR; distance from facility matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging in an acute care hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment with a Monday-Friday 2:00 PM-10:30 PM shift.
• On-call every third weekend with rotating weeknights.
• Operate GE VCT 64-slice and GE Revolution 128-slice scanners.
• EMR is Epic with McKesson for PACS; may float to CT, X-ray, OR, Endo, ED.
• Participate in varied weekend/holiday coverage and on-call requirements.
• Orientation provided; radiation badge furnished by the facility.
