Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care Radiology unit requiring 1+ year of experience and ARRT (CT) certification.

Details

• Acute care Radiology unit specializing in CT (Computed Tomography)
• 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Schedule includes Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, plus call on Saturday and Sunday
• Call requirements include CT and X-ray coverage with a 30-minute turnaround time
• Weekend night shift coverage is expected to begin in early December, which will eliminate weekend call except in cases of illness or vacation coverage
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Equipment includes a Siemens Somatom Perspective 64-slice CT scanner with pre-built protocols and a GE MRI unit

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
• ARRT certification required, including both R and CT designations
• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) verification required
• BLS certification required
• Oregon state license required with both ARRT R and CT designations
• License required if applicable
