Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend night-shift acute care assignment requiring 3+ years of experience and ARRT (CT) certification.

Details

• Acute care hospital with 75 beds offering inpatient, outpatient, ICU, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services
• Diagnostic Radiology department performing CT and X-ray procedures
• Patient population spans infant through geriatric, including bariatric patients
• Equipment includes GE LightSpeed 16 and 64 slice CT and GE XR equipment
• Uses MedHost EHR
• Weekend night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Call required every 8th weekend plus 1 holiday, must report within 30 minutes of notification
• Floating as needed

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications required
• 3+ years of CT and X-ray experience required
• License required if applicable
• Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work effectively in a stressful, fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Performs CT and X-ray imaging across all patient age groups
• Works under the direction of the Director of Radiology and Radiology Manager
• Team-oriented, dedicated, and hardworking personality fit preferred
• Black scrubs only, following facility dress code policy
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
• Must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel rate
