Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The CT Technologist performs routine and advanced imaging, supports colleagues, and ensures smooth patient flow across shifts and locations, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires adaptability, licensure in CT, ARRT/NMTCB certification, and BLS. Expect 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour work week on a 13-week travel assignment. Travel experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an accepted equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: CT certification by ARRT or NMTCB; State licensure (CT or FUS by MIRTP NMED NM); BLS certification.

• Ensure that completed exams are accurately scanned and stored in the PACS system.
• Adhere to PACS downtime procedures and escalated issues to appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions, following up as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a wide range of routine and advanced imaging procedures. This role supports other imaging technologists as needed and aids in facilitating smooth and efficient patient flow. The position requires adaptability, with the expectation of working various shifts and locations as necessary. Technologists must troubleshoot basic maintenance issues, participate in quality assurance efforts, and resolve problems related to image processing and archiving systems. Continuous participation in education, safety, and technological advancements within the scope of licensure is essential. The CT Technologist must maintain expected imaging competencies as defined by management and align behavior and communication skills with the organization's core values and culture.
